Q: What is a Mask Seal/Cushion?
The Mask Seal/Cushion is called a lot of different things like cup, pillow, replacement silicon, etc. They all boil down to the same definition. The Mask Seal/Cushion is the part of the mask that touches your face or nose. It is usually easily removed from the Mask frame itself and is designed to be replaced much more often than your Mask Itself. They are designed to be replaced at least once per month or as needed.

Q: Can I change my auto-ship plan?
Yes. If you decided to set up an auto-ship frequency when purchasing your bundle of cpap supplies, you can change the frequency of the shipment or cancel at any time. Simply call us and request any change and we will adjust accordingly for you immediately.
Q: How do I cancel my auto-ship?
All you need to do is give us a call and let us know that you wish to cancel your Auto-ship plan. There is no contract – cancel at any time.
Q: Can I use my Insurance?
CPAPmyway is not an “In-Network” provider for any insurance plan. However, many of our customers file their own claims using our detailed receipts and receive re-imbursement or application towards deductible. CPAPmyway does not make any guarantee of insurance re-imbursement or coverage.

Q: How do I figure out what size CPAP Mask Seal I have?
The Size of the seal is almost always printed on the Seal itself. It may only be a letter such as S, M, or L. Those letters would indicate Small, Medium, or Large. It can usually be found on the bottom of your mask seal or on the side. If you have trouble feel free to reach out. We can help easily by asking a couple questions.
Q: Do I need a Prescription to order my CPAP Supplies?
You do not need a prescription to order CPAP supplies from us. The only items that require a prescription are CPAP Machines and a fully assembled CPAP mask. You can buy parts and supplies without a prescription at any time.

Most people go with our Quarterly or 90 day shipment. It includes 3 replacement seals, 6 filters, and a new CPAP tubing. You can schedule this to ship at your convenience, but it is designed to be a 3 month or 90 day supply of parts.

You can add to your order at any time with a phone call. Or you can also use the free shipping that is part of your membership to allow you to purchase extra parts as needed anytime without paying for shipping.

We securely store and then automatically bill the Credit Card you used to transact the original purchase. That card can be changed by a phone call at any time.
