Return Policy


The only Warranty that comes free with our products is the manufacturer warranty. Warranty details come with the product in its owner manual/warranty information booklet. Warranty information can also be found in the product details on the website or by contacting CPAP My Way LLC directly to request those details. The warranty is an agreement between the manufacturer and the customer, and will not involve CPAP My Way LLC unless additional warranty coverage is purchased through CPAP My Way LLC.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Any service fees associated with processing returns/repairs.
  • Shipping/Delivery of replacement product or parts.
  • Loaner units while product is out for repair.

Refund Policy

We sincerely appreciate your business and are here to support you by selling and providing you the CPAP equipment and supplies you need. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have a "No Return" policy at this time. All sales are final.
