Return Policy

30-Day CPAP Machine Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy on CPAP machines. If you are not satisfied with your device, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The unit must be in like-new condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be returned.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

30-Day Mask Exchange Guarantee

We understand that finding the right CPAP mask is important. That’s why we offer a mask exchange within 30 days of receipt under the following terms:

  • You may exchange your mask for another mask of equal or lesser value.
  • This guarantee applies to masks only and not to other CPAP accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any opened or used items, unless covered by the above guarantees.
  • Items returned outside of the 30-day guarantee window.

Returns of Unopened and Unused Items

Returns of unopened and unused items outside of the CPAP and mask guarantees are subject to management approval:

  • Items must have original packaging.
  • Approval must be obtained prior to returning the item.
  • If approved, a restocking fee may apply.

Warranty

The only Warranty that comes free with our products is the manufacturer warranty. Warranty details come with the product in its owner manual/warranty information booklet. Warranty information can also be found in the product details on the website or by contacting CPAP My Way LLC directly to request those details. The warranty is an agreement between the manufacturer and the customer, and will not involve CPAP My Way LLC unless additional warranty coverage is purchased through CPAP My Way LLC.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Any service fees associated with processing returns/repairs.
  • Shipping/Delivery of replacement product or parts.
  • Loaner units while product is out for repair.
