The only Warranty that comes free with our products is the manufacturer warranty. Warranty details come with the product in its owner manual/warranty information booklet. Warranty information can also be found in the product details on the website or by contacting CPAP My Way LLC directly to request those details. The warranty is an agreement between the manufacturer and the customer, and will not involve CPAP My Way LLC unless additional warranty coverage is purchased through CPAP My Way LLC.
This warranty does not cover:
- Any service fees associated with processing returns/repairs.
- Shipping/Delivery of replacement product or parts.
- Loaner units while product is out for repair.
We will provide a full refund for any unopened/unused products returned within 60 days of purchase. If your product has been opened, we will not be able to accept it back unless it is in exchange for another product. In the case of an exchange we can issue credit towards another product within 30 days of the original purchase.
