How to Adjust Your P10 Headgear

Spread the Straps to Tighten: To create a more secure seal, pull the two rear headgear straps further apart. Moving one strap toward the crown of your head and the other toward the base of your neck increases the overall tension.

Bring Straps Together to Loosen: If the mask feels too tight or leaves marks on your face, move the two rear straps closer together toward the back of your head to reduce tension.

Use the Adjustment Clip: Slide the plastic headgear clip (included with newer models) along the strap to manually shorten the length. This is particularly helpful as the elastic begins to stretch over time with regular use.

Position the Mask Frame First: Ensure the nasal pillows are seated comfortably in your nostrils before adjusting the straps. The gray side of the headgear should face outward, with the blue (or pink) side facing your head.

Avoid Over-Tightening: The dual-wall pillows are designed to seal with minimal pressure. Only tighten the straps enough to stop audible leaks; over-tightening can cause the pillows to collapse and reduce the effectiveness of the seal.
