How to get a Compliance Report

What do we need for the CPAP Report
In most cases the only thing that we will need is the serial number details from the back of your CPAP machine.
We will take that information and put it in to our compliance portal and pull your data.
It can take a day or so in some cases, but most modern CPAPs have this capability.
In a worst-case scenario where your CPAP does not have this capability, you can send us your SD card and we can pull it manually from the card.
My new CPAP machine quit working 7 months after I purchased it from CPAP My Way. I was sent a return label and mailed the machine off right away to CPAP My Way for evaluation and repairs. After a week, I emailed the company to ask about the status. I was told it was sent back to company for repairs. I sent another email asking if it was under warranty and was told yes. This was a month ago. I have sent several emails asking about the status and the contact info of where the machine was sent. I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY. I am beginning to worry that I will never see this machine again and about the integrity of the company. Meanwhile, I have gone over a month with no decent sleep and need to come up with 1k to buy a new machine.
