Fitting your AirFit F20

  1. Position: Unclip the magnets. Hold the cushion over your nose and mouth, then pull the headgear over your head.
  2. Clip: Bring the lower straps under your ears and snap the magnetic clips onto the frame.
  3. Adjust Top: Unfasten the upper Velcro tabs. Pull them evenly until the mask feels stable, then fasten.
  4. Adjust Bottom: Unfasten the lower Velcro tabs. Pull them evenly for a secure fit around your chin, then fasten. (Do not over-tighten!)
  5. Connect & Test: Click your CPAP tube into the elbow and turn on the machine. If it leaks, pull the mask gently away from your face to let the cushion inflate and reseal.

Frequently Asked Questions

For optimal hygiene and a proper seal, it is recommended to replace the silicone cushion every 1 to 3 months. Over time, facial oils cause the silicone to soften, which leads to leaks and skin irritation.
