Product Description
AirFit N20 - Sleep Apnea Therapy Innovation
The AirFit N20 represents a significant shift in nasal CPAP mask design, focusing on user independence, comfort, and versatile sealing capability. Engineered as a next-generation nasal interface, it addresses the most common challenges faced by CPAP users—namely, facial pressure sores, restricted vision, and complex nightly assembly. By shifting structural support away from the forehead and optimizing how the mask interacts with therapy pressure, this system provides a highly reliable treatment experience for both new and experienced sleep apnea patients.
Streamlined, Low-Profile Framework
The foundation of the mask is a lightweight, under-the-eye frame that maximizes facial freedom. Traditional nasal masks often utilize a rigid plastic forehead arm to stabilize the seal, which can cause tension headaches, bridge-of-the-nose red marks, and a claustrophobic sensation. The AirFit N20 completely eliminates this upper infrastructure. Instead, the frame curves low across the cheeks, leaving the eyes entirely unobstructed so you can comfortably wear glasses, read, or watch television before sleep. To prevent skin irritation, the slim profile frame is wrapped in integrated fabric padding, ensuring that only soft materials touch your face throughout the night.
Dynamic Seal Performance for Active Sleepers
At the core of the mask's performance is its adaptive silicone cushion, designed to accommodate a vast range of facial shapes and nasal structures. Rather than relying on tight headgear straps to mechanically squash the cushion against the skin to stop leaks, the silicone membrane is engineered to utilize the airflow from the CPAP machine itself. As therapy pressure rises, the cushion gently inflates, creating a reliable, flexible pocket around the nose. This dynamic inflation allows the mask to maintain an effective seal even when you toss and turn, change sleep positions, or sleep on your side, protecting against annoying air leaks that can blow into the eyes and disrupt sleep.
Simplified Handling and Secure Fit
Beyond its physical profile, the mask is designed for exceptional ease of use, particularly during nighttime dark conditions or for individuals with limited hand dexterity. The lower headgear straps connect directly to the lower frame using a magnetic retention system, doing away with complex plastic clips and hooks. Once the fabric headgear is adjusted to your preferred tension, the mask can be removed or pulled back on in a matter of seconds without losing your custom fit. Additionally, a quick-release swivel elbow allows you to instantly detach the mask from your main CPAP hose with a simple squeeze, making it easy to get out of bed in the middle of the night without taking the entire mask off.

Frequently Asked Questions
You can measure across the widest part of your nose with a standard ruler to determine the best fit:
- Small: 23 mm – 37 mm
- Medium: 30 mm – 45 mm
- Large: 45 mm – 55 mm
No, avoid over-tightening. The InfinitySeal™ cushion is designed to inflate with the air pressure from your machine to form its seal. If it leaks, pull the mask gently away from your face while the machine is running, let the silicone inflate, and lay it back over your nose. Over-tightening creases the internal silicone membrane, which actually causes leaks and leads to facial red marks.
Yes. The AirFit N20 (silicone) and AirTouch N20 (memory foam) share the exact same frame structure. You can swap between the InfinitySeal silicone cushion and the AirTouch memory foam cushion without buying an entirely new mask kit.
- Daily: Hand-wash the silicone cushion and swivel elbow in warm water with mild, unscented dish soap.
- Weekly: Hand-wash the fabric headgear and mask frame. Gently squeeze the headgear to remove excess water and lay flat to air-dry out of direct sunlight.
- Warning: Do not use bleach, alcohol, antibacterial soaps, or ozone/UV cleaning devices, as these will prematurely degrade the medical-grade silicone.
- Blocked Exhalation Vents: The tiny ring of vent holes on the clear swivel elbow may be blocked by moisture or dirt. Clean them gently with a soft-bristle toothbrush.
- Improper Elbow Seating: Check that the quick-release elbow is fully clicked into the front of the frame. If it is slightly loose, air will escape around the connection rim.
