Actually adjusted to it fairly quickly. It worked really well when I traveled, didn't have to bring a CPAP machine with me. I seem to keep this on longer than I do my CPAP machine at night.

Redoing my review

I had to redo my initial review after just one night. It’s working for me now just use the right size and you will not want to be out of it. just relax and as you slow down before sleep it will feel normal exhaling against resistance.

I feel like this is a prank the fda allowed. You can’t exhale hardly at all. Cannot recommend.

The Bongo RX is a

The Bongo RX is a game changer for backpackers. On multi-day hikes, I carry a Transcend and two batteries, weighing about 3 pounds total. The Bongo takes some getting used to, but once you do, it is very effective for mild to moderate sleep apnea. I recommend practicing with it while sitting around watching TV.

It took a couple of daytime uses to get a custom to the Bongo. Once I started using it at night it became comfortable and began to work very well.
