How to Fit your Simplus Full Face Mask

  1. Position the Cushion: Start with the bottom clips undone. Unclip the bottom headgear clips from the mask frame. Gently hold the mask against your face, ensuring the top of the cushion rests comfortably on the bridge of your nose and the bottom rests below your lower lip.
  2. Position the Headgear: Crown strap placement is key. While holding the mask in place with one hand, use your other hand to pull the headgear over your head. Make sure the top strap sits securely across the crown (top) of your head, not slipping down the back of your neck.
  3. Secure the Bottom Clips: Bring the lower headgear straps around the back of your neck and hook the 'Easy-Clip' connectors onto the bottom left and right sides of the mask frame.
  4. Adjust the Straps: Tighten evenly, but do not overtighten. Adjust the top straps first, then the bottom straps, by pulling both sides evenly at the same time. The mask should feel snug but comfortable. Do not overtighten. Overtightening restricts the RollFit cushion from doing its job and can cause leaks.
  5. Test the Seal with Airflow: Connect your CPAP hose and turn the machine on. Lie down in your normal sleeping position. The RollFit cushion is designed to inflate and glide gently on your nose bridge. If you feel air leaking into your eyes, make a micro-adjustment to the top straps.
