At just 0.48 lbs and 3.6” in diameter, the Micro 510 is about the size of a tennis ball — 26% lighter than the leading travel CPAP. Whether you’re on a cross-country flight, camping off the grid, or just want a smaller nightstand footprint, this machine delivers full-power therapy without the bulk.

 

The auto CPAP algorithm adapts breath-by-breath within a pressure range of 4–20 cmH₂O. Comfort features like GentleRise™ ramp, AirRelief™ exhalation relief, and SleepStart™ auto on/off make it just as comfortable as a full-sized machine. Plus, the included WhisperSoft™ Muffler keeps noise to just 25–29 dB — quieter than a whisper.

What’s New in the Micro 510

Built for Travelers

The Micro 510 is FAA approved for carry-on and in-flight use — it doesn’t even count as a carry-on item. The included hard shell case protects the device wherever you go, and the universal power supply (100–240V) works in any country with the right plug adapter. Need to go off the grid? The optional PowerAway™ Battery (sold separately) provides 2+ nights of cord-free therapy per charge, and it’s also compatible with the Sun-Watt™ Solar Charger for extended outdoor trips.

 

What’s Upgraded Over the Original Micro

The 510 improves on the original Micro in several meaningful ways. You now get four color options (the original only came in white), a 3-year warranty (up from 2 years), a hard shell case in the box, an AirMist HME starter kit for waterless humidification (previously sold separately), a redesigned TransFlex™ hose for improved flexibility, and a new dual-filter system with both standard woven and hypoallergenic options. It’s also now assembled in the USA.

 

Waterless Humidification

The AirMist™ HME captures and recycles moisture from your breath — no distilled water, no water chamber, no mess. It works with most standard masks but is not compatible with masks that connect above the head (like the AirFit N30i or DreamWear) or masks that use a short front hose (like the AirFit F40, P10, or Nova Micro). AirMist cartridges should be replaced 7 days after opening.

 

Smart Comfort Features

SleepStart™ automatically begins therapy when you put your mask on and stops when you remove it — no buttons to press. GentleRise™ gradually increases pressure so you fall asleep comfortably, and AirRelief™ reduces pressure on exhale for a more natural breathing feel. After therapy, a 30-minute Drying Mode clears moisture from your hose and mask — great for travelers who need to pack up quickly.

 

Filter Compatibility Note

The Micro 510 uses Woven Filters and Hypoallergenic Filters. The older black foam PureFresh Filter from the original Micro (M310) is not compatible with the 510, and vice versa. The 510 also uses the TransFlex™ Hose rather than the AirFlex Hose from the original. Both use the same device-side connection, but the TransFlex is redesigned for better flexibility and less drag.
