Q: Do I need a Prescription?
Yes, you will need a prescription with the requires settings. If you have one already, We just need a copy. We are happy to contact your doctor and help acquire that prescription. If not, we can get you tested by a Board-Certified Sleep Doctor and prescribed a CPAP if necessary.

Q: How do I know what mask to use?
Selecting a mask can seem overwhelming, but it really is no big deal. We have over a decade of experience and carry the latest and greatest masks available. Many of which have “fit-packs” that include sizing gauges and multiple sizes which makes finding the right fit super-easy. Additionally, we apply all the customer feedback and experience to your preferences to help you make the right choice up front. PLUS, there is no pressure. Don’t like it…exchange it for something different. Give us some feedback on the experience with the first mask and we can help navigate you to something different. We have your back.
Q: Will I be able to get reports for my Doctor or DOT Medical Clinic?
Absolutely! We will provide ongoing support and monitoring so that we can assist you no matter who you follow up with. We have wireless access to your data at any time and can send a report to you or your doctor at any time. Additionally, we can wirelessly link to most Sleep Doctors so that they also have instant access to your Compliance and Therapy Data.
Q: Will insurance pay for this?
We can make no guarantee that your insurance provider will or will not reimburse you for the products that you buy from us. We do however provide you a detailed line item receipt including the Procedure Codes for each item you buy. This makes filing your own claim as easy as possible.
